Refund policy

I will accept returns up to 30 days after product is delivered. I will accept returns for any reason during that time period as long as the product is shipped back to me within those 30 days. Upon receipt of the return, I will credit your money back. If for some reason the product is defective beyond normal wear and tear within 90 days of purchase, I will arrange for a return or a free repair depending on the defect. I will take responsibility for the shipment costs in the event that the piece is defective. I will require that the product be returned to me regardless to ensure that I am returning money for a product that meets the above guidelines. If it appears that the jewelry has been tampered with or broken intentionally in some way, I am within my rights not to return funds at that time. I will be generous with this policy as I understand that this is an investment for customers, and 30 days can go by quickly sometimes. I ask for the same courtesy in terms of talking with me before potentially destroying a piece in order to get a refund. If you're unhappy, reach out, if you are slightly outside of your 30 days to ship, please reach out. I'd rather refund and get a piece back to resell than to lose money and a piece of jewelry that took a lot of work and love to make.
